How to Accumulate Entries: 

1. To earn entries, participants must make a minimum single receipt purchase worth PHP 200 (Two Hundred Pesos Philippine Currency) of any product or combination of products from any Mercury Drug store during the promo period. Each valid receipt must also have at least one (1) Mercury Drug Suki Sponsor Brand / Product as part of the P200 minimum purchase. 

2. The participant must then locate the OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBER (O.R. #) and the total amount of purchase in the Mercury Drug official receipt. 

3. The participant must submit his O.R. # and amount of purchase by either texting the O.R. # to 2600 (Syntax: MERCURY DRUG  to 2600), or entering the O.R. # and amount of purchase in the official promotion website, www.sukipanalo.com. One (1) entry will be earned for every one (1) Peso of the valid Mercury Drug official receipt. 

4. Each O.R. # of Mercury Drug is unique. An O.R. # may only be submitted once, whether submitted via SMS or via the promo website. Submitting the O.R. # more than once will render the second submission invalid. 

5. There is no limit to the number of entries that participants can accumulate during the promo period. The more purchases made by participants that meet the minimum promotion purchase requirements, the more entries they can earn. 

6. All OFFICIAL RECEIPTS used to earn entries must be from valid purchases during the promotion period only – August 1, 2014 – February 28, 2015. OFFICIAL RECEIPTS reflecting dates outside of the promotion period will be rendered as invalid. 

7. All valid OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBERS (O.R. #s) must also be submitted via SMS or via the promotion website during the promotion period and within the respective monthly cut-off periods. i. How to win E-load instantly: 

Only registered participants via mobile or via the official promotion website will be eligible to win P20 e-load instantly 

A total of 14,840 units of E-LOAD will be given away within the Promo Period. 

After sending a valid Mercury Drug OR# and amount via SMS or via website, the lucky participant will receive a reply that will contain the message stating the subscriber has won the e-load instant prize. 

The e-load instant prize will be sent via Loadcentral within 24 hours. 

Postpaid account winners will be notified via SMS advising them to nominate a pre-paid account number where the P20.00 e-load prize will be credited. 

How to join the Weekly Raffle Draws: 

Only registered participants via mobile or via the official promotion website will qualify for the Weekly Raffle Draws. 

Weekly cut-off periods will be applied for all promo entries earned for the Weekly Raffle. All entries earned during the promotion period of a specific week will qualify for the Weekly Raffles 

The Weekly Raffle Draw will be conducted via electronic raffle. 

Seven (7) winning entries per week will be awarded. Each weekly winner will receive a prize of PHP 7,000 (Seven Thousand Pesos Philippine Currency) worth of Mercury Drug Gift Certificates. 

A winning O.R. # / entry can only win once for the same Weekly Raffle Draw. 

Mercury Drug Gift Certificate prizes are not convertible to cash. 

How to join the Monthly-Grand Raffle Draw: 

Only registered participants via mobile or via the official promotion website will qualify for the Monthly-Grand Raffle Draw. 

Monthly cut-off periods will be applied for all promo entries earned for the Monthly Raffle. All entries earned during the promotion period of a specific month will qualify for the Monthly-Grand Raffle happening during that same month only. 

The Monthly-Grand Raffle Draws will be conducted via electronic raffle. The actual monthly draws will be done on the next working weekday immediately following each monthly cut-off. 

All entries earned for each month will be included in the Monthly-Grand Raffle Draw of that specific month only. This means that even winning entries for the Weekly Raffles of a specific month are still qualified for the Monthly-Grand Raffle Draw of that same specific month only. 

Ten (10) winning entries for the Monthly-Grand Raffle Draw will be awarded. Each winner will receive a prize of PHP 1 Million cash (One Million Pesos Philippine Currency). The 20% prize tax for the Monthly-Grand Raffle prize will be shouldered by the winner and shall be deducted before awarding.

Who are NOT Qualified / Eligible to Join the Promo:

All employees of the companies listed below, their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo:

3. Mercury Drug Corporation, Mercury Group of Companies, Inc. and all of its affiliates and subsidiaries 
4. All companies of all promo Brand Sponsors / Suki Panalo Products 
5. Globe Telecom, Smart Communication, Digitel Philippines 
6. All other 3rd party agencies and suppliers involved in the development and implementation of the promotion. 

Determination of Raffle Entries: 

1. All raffles will be done via electronic raffle at the Forge Inc. office, 7th Floor, Zeta II Building, 191 Salcedo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City. The Xurpas Inc. office located at Unit 24B Trafalgar Plaza, 105 H.V. Dela Costa St. Salcedo Village, Makati City will serve as the alternate raffle draw venue. 

2. The raffles will be done in the presence of the following:
a. One (1) FDA representative
b. at least one (1) Forge Inc. or Xurpas Inc. representative or at least one (1) Mercury Drug Corporation representative 

3. Decision of Forge Inc. or its representative(s) shall be final, with concurrence of the FDA representative. 

4. All Weekly Raffles will be drawn on the next working weekday that falls after the weekly cut-off. Weekly cut-offs are specified in the table below..

Ex. WEEK 1 raffle from Aug 1-3, 2014 will be drawn on Aug 4, 2014 Monday (after the weekly cut-off for WEEK 1 dated Aug 3, 2014) 

WEEK 4 raffle from Aug 18-24, 2014 will be drawn on Aug 26, 2014 Tuesday (since Aug 25, 2014 Monday is a national holiday - National Heroes Day) 

5. All Monthly-Grand Raffles will be drawn on the next working weekday that falls after the monthly cut-off. Monthly-Grand Raffle cut-off is indicated in the table below. 

Validation Process:

1. Qualified O.R.#s and promo entries must: 
a. Be registered with the MERCURY SUKI PANALO promotion 
b. Comply with the Weekly and Monthly-Grand Raffle requirements: 
i. All OFFICIAL RECEIPTS used to earn entries must be from valid purchases during the promotion period and within the monthly cut-off periods. 
ii. All OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBERS (O.R. #s) must also be submitted via SMS or via the promotion website during the promotion period and within the monthly cut-off periods. 
c. For those who submitted an O.R. # via mobile SMS, the same participant must have received a confirmation SMS from Forge / Xurpas’ access number (2600). 
d. For those who submitted an O.R. # via the official promotion website, the same participant must have received the resulting online confirmation message. 
e. Be present in the Mercury Drug SUKI PANALO and Forge / Xurpas system of internally validated database logs within the promo duration and within the monthly cut-off periods. 

Consistency of the above items shall determine whether the participant is eligible to win in any of the raffle draws. 

2. For winners of instant mobile e-load, the e-load amount will be sent to their registered mobile numbers via SMS within 24 hours. E-load winners using postpaid accounts will be required to nominate a prepaid mobile account number. This prepaid mobile account number will be credited with the E-load prize. 

3. Weekly and Grand Draw Winners will be notified by a call and / or registered mail from an authorized Forge Inc. representative within fifteen (15) working days to discuss details on how to redeem their prize (refer to “Redemption of Prizes” below). 

4. Forge Inc. has the right to terminate the promotion account and forfeit any prize of any participant who has been proven to generate invalid, false O.R. #s, Entries or Prizes and / or has performed any form of fraudulent transaction in relation to the promotion. 

Provision for Invalid Promo Entries:

The following shall not earn promo entries: 
1. Those participants, subscribers who are not registered in the promo. 
2. Those participants, subscribers who have provided false information in their promo registration. 
3. Repeat submission of the same O.R. # whether via text or via the promotion website. 
4. Subscribers who have sent invalid or fraudulent O.R. #s and false purchase information during the promo period. 
5. OFFICIAL RECEIPTS not from official Mercury Drug stores. 
6. OFFICIAL RECEIPTS whose net total amounts are below the required minimum PHP 200.00 (Two Hundred Pesos Philippine Currency) 
7. OFFICIAL RECEIPTS without at least one (1) Mercury Drug Suki Panalo Product as part of the P200.00 minimum purchase.
8. OFFICIAL RECEIPTS that have been surrendered to Mercury Drug in connection with the company’s product returns policy.
9. Submissions of O.R. #s not within the promotion period and not within the monthly cut-off periods. 
10. Submissions of false information in relation to the required Mercury Drug O.R. #s and receipt purchase amount. 

Redemption of Raffle Prizes:

1. Weekly Mercury Drug Gift Certificate and Monthly-Grand prize winners must present the following when claiming their prize:
a. The original print-out of the valid Mercury Drug official receipt containing the winning O.R. #.
b. Two (2) valid IDs with picture and address (i.e. SSS, Driver’s License, PRC Card, Company ID or passport)
c. The winning SIM card registered in the promo via mobile or via the promotion website.
d. The official registered mail sent by Forge, Inc. / Xurpas.
e. Additional Requirements:
i. For postpaid mobile numbers – in case the name of the postpaid subscriber that is indicated in the Globe/TM/Smart/Sun billing system is different from the name of the promo participant who sent the winning O.R.#, then the winning participant must submit an affidavit from the postpaid subscriber that certifies / authorizes the winning participant to use the postpaid SIM card in order to join the promotion, and that the postpaid subscriber waives his right to the prize in favor of the winning participant / sender. 

ii. In case a winning O.R. # was submitted using a postpaid SIM card number under a company subscription, then the sender of the winning entry must submit an affidavit from the duly authorized representative of the company that owns the postpaid SIM card certifying / authorizing the sender to use the postpaid SIM in order to join the promotion, and that the company waives its right to claim the prize in favor of the winning participant / sender.

iii. In case the sender of the winning entry is a minor, then he must be accompanied by his parent/legal guardian when he claims his prize. The subscriber’s parent/legal guardian must then present two (2) valid IDs with picture and address, and written proof that he is the parent/legal guardian of the subscriber.

3. Winners of any promotion prize shall be awarded only upon the completion of the corresponding validation process for each type of raffle. This is to ensure that the validated participant is the legitimate winner. For the Weekly Mercury Drug Gift Certificate and Monthly-Grand prizes, failure of participants to submit any of the above required proof and documentation is grounds for disqualification from claiming any prize.
4. For prepaid subscribers, the account should be active and should have been properly decremented for all transactions. If inactive, winner shall present an affidavit of loss when claiming the prize.
5. For post-paid subscribers, the accounts should have no outstanding balances on the date of redemption.
6. Verified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to present the requirements and claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize with prior FDA approval.
7. For Metro Manila winners (not applicable for E-load winners): prizes will be claimed at the Forge, Inc. office located at the 7th Floor, Zeta II Building, 191 Salcedo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
8. For provincial winners of Weekly Mercury Drug Gift Certificates:

a. Winners are required to take a picture of the original print-out of the valid Mercury Drug official receipt containing the winning O.R. # and email it to sukipanalo@forge.ph or any official alternative email address to be provided by Forge to the winner during the winner validation process. This will serve as an initial digital validation that the participant has the winning official receipt, prior to that same winning participant claiming his prize from any of the designated Mercury Drug stores outside Metro Manila.

b. After the digital validation, the winner and Forge Inc. will agree on the specific date and Mercury Drug store / branch that the winner will claim his prize. Claiming must be done strictly on the agreed date and venue. To claim, winner must present hard copy of original receipt as well as all other requirements under #1. The designated Forge Inc. and / or Mercury Drug representative will handle the actual releasing of the prize to the winner.

c. Transportation, board, lodging and any other expenses related to the claiming of the prize shall be fully shouldered by the winner. Forge Inc. will not be liable for any expenses that may be incurred by the winner in relation to the claiming of this prize.

d. Winners of the Weekly Mercury Drug Gift Certificates may opt to have their prizes delivered directly to their provincial address, provided that this directive is formally given to Forge Inc. in writing. The prize will be delivered and released by the designated courier of Forge Inc., on the condition that all redemption documents are provided by the winner to the courier representative, and that the winner signs the mandatory prize release documentation. All related courier charges will be shouldered by the winner. The cost of such special courier service will be communicated beforehand to winner for his concurrence, and the same cost will be deducted from the total amount of the Mercury Drug Gift Certificates to be issued. 

e. Winners who cannot personally claim their prize can also opt to send an authorized representative to claim their prize and sign the mandatory prize release documentation in their behalf. The authorized representative should present the following upon claiming:
i. authorization letter duly signed by the winner
ii. 2 valid IDs with picture and address of the winner
iii. 2 valid IDs with picture and address of the authorized representative
iv. official notification letter via registered mail from Forge Inc. /Xurpas

9. For provincial winners of the Monthly-Grand prize:
a. Winners are required to take a picture of the original print-out of the valid Mercury Drug official receipt containing the winning O.R. # and email it to sukipanalo@forge.ph or any official alternative email address to be provided by Forge to the winner during the winner validation process. This will serve as an initial digital validation that the participant has the winning official receipt, prior to that same winning participant travelling to Metro Manila for claiming.

b. After the digital validation, the winner and Forge Inc. will agree on the specific date that the winner will claim his prize. Claiming must be done at the Forge, Inc. office located at the 7th Floor, Zeta II Building, 191 Salcedo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

c. Transportation, board, lodging and any other expenses related to the claiming of the prize shall be fully shouldered by the winner. Forge Inc. will not be liable for any expenses that may be incurred by the winner in relation to the claiming of this prize

d. Winners who cannot claim their prize personally can opt to send an authorized representative to claim the prize and sign the mandatory prize release documentation in behalf of the winner. The authorized representative should present the following upon claiming:
i. authorization letter duly signed by the winner
ii. 2 valid IDs with picture and address of the winner
iii. 2 valid IDs with picture and address of the authorized representative 
iv. official notification letter via registered mail from Forge Inc. /Xurpas.

e. The PHP 1 Million (One Million Pesos Philippine Currency) cash amount for the Monthly-Grand prize will be awarded to the winner via check payment with the name addressed only to the official prize winner. The 20% prize tax for the Monthly-Grand Raffle prize will be shouldered by the winner and shall be deducted before awarding. 

10. As part of promotion transparency and to provide the public with proof that the prizes have been awarded, the MERCURY DRUG SUKI PANALO promotion through its promotions company Forge Inc., reserves the right to publish the names, addresses and photographs of all the winners. This right to publish is one of the conditions of consumer participation that will be indicated in the official promotion website www.sukipanalo.com.

Also, winners may be asked, depending on advertising needs, to take part in photo sessions, ceremonial awarding activities and interviews about the circumstances surrounding their winning of any prize.

The following rules will apply to this photo session:

i. The face of the winner must be uncovered / fully visible.

ii. MERCURY DRUG SUKI PANALO through its promotions company Forge Inc. may require a photo ID to confirm the winner's usual appearance.

All information gathered by Forge Inc. from the winner may also be used to write press releases to be sent to the media. Winner's information, photos and videos may also appear in MERCURY DRUG SUKI PANALO commercials and other advertising channels, including but not limited to, television, radio, print as well as on the promotion website.

If any winner refuses to comply with these rules and conditions, then MERCURY DRUG SUKI PANALO through its promotions company Forge Inc. reserves the right to suspend the release of payment / awarding of the prize to the winner. 

Control Measures:
1. An FDA representative shall be invited to check, test, validate and verify the computer system for receiving entries, registration and drawing of winners. A CD copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the FDA representative for safekeeping of Forge, Inc. and for verification of FDA at anytime.
2. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the FDA Representative after verification. The FDA representative shall check the database of the promo.
3. Another FDA representative will be invited to be present during the actual determination of the winners.
4. Forge Inc. will generate a list of qualified participants before each raffle draw. A copy in CD form shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by an FDA representative for safekeeping of Forge, Inc. and for verification of FDA at any time until all prizes are claimed / awarded.
5. After the winner is determined, it will be verified from the generated list by a Forge Inc. representative and the FDA representative.
6. The list of winners will be given to the FDA representative after determination.
7. Forge Inc. will inform FDA of the final winner after verifying with the telecommunication companies, and validating against any disqualified winner(s) and the reason(s) for disqualification.
8. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be submitted to the FDA representative after each witnessed draw.
9. Database / list of participants shall include mobile number, name, age, address, date and time of transaction, type of transaction and a column shall be added to include the raffle numbers assigned randomly.
