PLDT Wimax Still Not Working in Batangas

July 8, 2014 when our wimax connection encounter a problem. I immediately call the support *1888 and report the issue, the agent in the support tell me that there is a problem in the device and need a technician to check where exactly the problem. So she schedule a technician visit in my house.

After 4 days of waiting technician arrive and check my connection, technician told me that the problem is the wimax antenna, I also found out when technician told me that all the Wimax device in Sto Tomas Batangas are affected and need to be changed. But there were no device available, so they need to wait for the delivery of new device which according to them delivery of the device happen weekly.

I wait for them to return but till now almost a month there's no technician and still no connection, I call the hotline and they told me to wait. But they don't tell until when should i wait. I decided to buy globe tattoo wifi to use in my daily online job which already cost me a lot.

Please share you're comment if you still experiencing this situation especially for typhoon glenda affected areas.
