Historical/Legendary Background
Barangay Nasisi got its name from a folk tale about mountains being separated from each other because of a flood. From then on, they named the place Nasisi, which means torn.
Geography/Topography
It has a land area of 236.54 ha and is 6 km away from Poblacion. It is bounded on the North by Brgy. Herrera; South by Nabonton; East by Batang; and West by Brgy. Basag.
People
The people celebrate their barrio fiesta every 11th day of May in honor of Nuestra Señora de los Amparados.
