Area of Jurisdiction:

Comprised of Barangays 206 to 382. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the north, by Rizal Avenue from C3 road; going south to A. Bonifacio St.; then eastward towards Dimasalang St. and Laong Laan St., then Alfonso Mendoza; then westward to C.M. Recto. From Recto, going southward on Rizal Avenue down to Sta. Cruz Church, on the west, Tetuan St., northward to Gandara St., westward to Ongpin St., northward again to Benavidez St., going west to Soler St., then northward to Masangkay passing Recto Avenue. From west of Recto Avenue, going north is J.A. Santos Avenue up to Rizal Avenue.
