Area of Jurisdiction:

Comprised of City of Lipa and Municipalities of Agoncillo, Alitagtag, Balete, Cuenca, Ibaan, Laurel, Malvar, Mataas na Kahoy, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, San Nicolas, Sta. Teresita, Sto. Tomas, Talisay, Tanauan and Taysan, Province of Batangas. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the North, by City of Tagaytay, Province of Cavite and Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna; on the East, southward - Municipality of Alaminos and San Pablo City, Province of Laguna; Municipalities of Tiaong, Sariaya and Candelaria, Province of Quezon; on the West - southward - Municipalities of Nasugbu, Calaca and Lemery, Province of Batangas, Southwest by Municipality of Taal, Batangas and on the South, Municipalities of San Luis, Bauan, San Pascual, Batangas City and Lobo, Province of Batangas.
