Comprised of 26 barangays for the City of General Santos and 7 Municipalities of Sarangani Province; Municipality of Alabel - 12 barangays, Municipality of Glan - 31 barangays, Municipality of Kiamba - 19 barangays, Municipality of Maasim - 16 barangays, Muncipality of Maitum - 19 barangays, Municipality of Malapatan - 12 barangays and Municipality of Malungon - 31 barangays.The district shall be bounded as follows: on the North, by Province of South Cotabato and Davao del Sur, on the East by Davao del Sur, on the South by Sarangani Bay and Celebes Sea, on the West by Sultan Kudarat.
