Area of Jurisdiction:
Comprised of the Municipalities of Digos City, Sta. Cruz, Matanao, Magsaysay, Bansalan, Hagonoy, Padada, Kiblawan, Sulop, Malalag, Sta. Maria, Malita, Jose Abad Santos, Don Marcelino and Sarangani.
The district shall be bounded as follows: on the southeastern portion of Mindanao between 125 12' and 125 43' east longitude and between 8 20' and 6 58' north latitude. It is bounded on the North by Davao Province, on the East by Davao Gulf, on the West by the provinces of South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat and North Cotabato, and on the South by the Mindanao Sea.
