Comprised of the Municipalities of Catbalogan, Almagro, Sto. Niño, Tagapul-an, Sta. Margarita, Gandara, Pagsanghan, San Jorge, Matuguinao, San Jose de Buan, Tarangnan, Jiabong, Motiong, Paranas, Hinabangan, San Sebastian, Calbigan, Pinabacdao, Villareal, Sta. Rita, Basey, Marabut, Daram, Talalora, Zumarraga and the City of Calbayog.The District shall be bounded as follows: on the North by the Municipality of Allen, Northern Samar; on the East by the municipality of Taft, Eastern Samar; on the South by the San Juanico Strait; and on the West by the Maqueda Bay.
