Comprised of Municipality of Bay, Calamba, Calauan, Los Baños, Pila, Sta. Cruz and Victoria, situated in the province of Laguna. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the north by Municipality of Cabuyao, Laguna; on the west by Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Batangas; on the east by Munucipality of Pagsanjan, Laguna; and on the south by City of San Pablo, Laguna.
