Area of Jurisdiction:

Comprised of Butuan City and Municipalities of Nasipit, Carmen, Buenavista, Las Nieves, R.T.R., Magallanes, Cabadbaran, Tubay Santiago, Jabonga and Kitcharao, all of Agusan del Norte. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the North from Tubay to Kitcharao, then on the West going to Cabadbaran on the East to Buenavista, Nasipit to Carmen and on the South going to Las Nieves.
