Area of Jurisdiction:

Comprised of 15 Municipalities, namely: Alfonso Castañeda, Ambagiou, Aritao, Bagabag, Bambang, Bayombong, Diadi, Dupax del Norte, Dupax del Sur, Kasibu, Quezon, Kayapa, Solano, Sta. Fe and Villaverde. Among these 15 municipalities, it is composed of 275 barangays. The landlocked province of Nueva Vizcaya has a total area of 390,390 hectares which is 14.55% of the total area and 1.3% that of the Philippines. Ifugao bound it on the North; Northeast of Isabela; East by Quirino; Southeast by Aurora province; South by Nueva Ecija; Southwest by Pangasinan and to the West by the province of Benguet. Bayombong, which is the provincial capital, is about 268 kilometers fo Metro Mnaila and 118 kilometers South of Tuguegarao, Cagayan-Revenue Region No. 3. The Province has a unique topography. Approximately 60.21% of the mountainous, characterized by a very steep landform; 25.4% is rolling to moderately steep and 14.38% is gently sloping to undulating flat. It has an elevation ranging from 100 meters above sea level to more than 2,000 meter within the vicinity of Mount Pulog.
