Bacacay is a second class municipality in the province of Albay, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it had a population of 65,724.
The current municipal mayor of Bacacay is Tobias Betito. He succeeded Mrs. Gloria Berango whose husband Atty. Eligio Berango has also been town mayor for 9 years.
