Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation is situated in a more than 11-hectares land area located at the outskirts of Daet, Camarines Norte. It is located a safe distance away from pollution and noise of the town proper. Farmlands at the back of the buildings provide fresh air and greenery to the students and staff.

The Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation has six concrete buildings. One three storey college building, one pre-school, canteen, Criminology and Maritime buildings, a two-storey high school buildings and one amphitheater gymnasium. The buildings are equipped with adequate equipment and safety measures like fire escapes, fire alarm systems and campus security force.

Facilities includes administration and faculty rooms, rest rooms, student lounge, computer laboratory rooms, audio-visual rooms, social hall, chemistry laboratory, physics laboratory, microbiology and anatomy laboratory, simulator rooms, engineering laboratory, library, home economics laboratory and a play room for children.
